3. User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining account security and accurate information. This includes:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• All activity that happens under your account
• Promptly notifying us of unauthorized access
• Keeping your account details current and accurate

4. User Content

You may upload images and create content through Kolorio AI. You keep ownership of your content, but grant us permission to process it in order to provide the Services. Specifically:

• You retain rights to images and content you submit
• You grant Kolorio AI a license to process, store, and display your content in the app
• Generated color guides are provided for your personal use under these Terms
• We may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the Services
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate laws or third-party rights

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Kolorio AI to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Impersonate a person, brand, or entity
• Upload malware or malicious code
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape or extract data using automated means without permission
• Disrupt service availability or platform security
• Abuse free tiers, trials, or promotional access

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Kolorio AI offers free and paid features, including Kolorio Pro. For paid access:

• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your app store account
• Billing, refunds, and trial policies are subject to Apple App Store or Google Play terms
• Prices and plan features may change with reasonable notice
• Free-plan usage limits may apply

7. Disclaimers

Please note:

• Color guides are generated automatically and may vary in quality
• Results are provided for creative and personal use
• Services are provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability
• We are not responsible for user-generated content
• We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. You may stop using the Services at any time and can request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy and Delete Account page.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where Kolorio AI operates, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your region.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Kolorio AI after updates become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
